Description
This one, as you might guess, took some work.
It was inspired by a request from ~wblstudios. I've never played KOF so I didn't know anything about the character or how/why she changed into another form.
I didn't even realize Angel and Ignis (another pic I've done) were from KOF as well.
I do know that I'm all over any character that has a "Riot form." I've often wished I had one.
Did the main body in pencils and on request pushed it to a level of muscularity I rarely get to...we're in the land of Scoundrel and Cancuz here...at least I hope we are.
Used Kelly Hu as the reference for the face and the kicking Leona and then hit the Riot filter on PhotoShop. A riot ensued.
